Love Is The Medicine

Welcome to a place where love and deep connection are not only possible but essential.  I love Love and everyone deserves the love of their dreams.  Intimacy and deep connection are access points to love.  When we are connected to this love within ourself, others, and the divine we lead more fulfilling lives.  Sometimes we get stuck in barriers to intimacy.  This coaching is a pathway to getting unstuck.

Some think intimacy and they think sex.  While my coaching does include a pathway to a greater sex life, my focus is on all areas of intimacy.  I look at how do you love yourself and how you love others in everything from the thoughts you think, the words you speak, and the actions you take.  My coaching focuses on three areas to improve intimacy:

• Sovereignty: We get out of enmeshed codependence and into interdependence. By reclaiming our individual power, growth, boundaries, and clarity we add to the container of our relationships more effectively.

• Communication: How we think, speak, and communicate physically correlate to our health and our relationship's health.  My coaching brings tried and true methods of communication from various sources.

• Physical Intimacy: We will deepen in the relationship with our own bodies, and our presence and awareness of our partner's bodies.

This is for all couples at any stage in their relationship.  This is for singles who feel tired of the same patterns.  I always meet you where you are at and provide practical and creative techniques designed to fit your needs.
